I'm very confused if you ran 2 miles in a hour than you would obviously be moving at 2 MPH logged on here as a leisurely walk. It looks like you logged that you ran at 10 MPH for an hour, which would kill most people. I think something may be wrong here.

Get veggie pizza's and make the hamburger helper with ground turkey instead of hamburger. Your not avoiding these foods all together your just making healthier choices and teaching yourself to live an active lifestyle.

You could try sunflower seeds, that helped my friend quit smoking. Now he chews seeds like crazy but its alot better than smoking.

It may be that when you start your day off with exercise like that your move likely to make healthier choices throughout the day. If you put off the workout until afternoon or evening its easier to talk yourself out of it. Good choices lead to more good choices right?

Adidas was the best fit for me, they make shoes for all different styles, weather conditions and foot needs. Their priced in the mid range where they arent the cheapest brand but not the most expensive. That depends on alot of things; where you run, when you run, if you supinate or overpronate ect. A shoe that is perfect for me could give you horrible shin splints or just not be appropriate for where you are running. I used to be able to walk around in shorts and a t-shirt in the fall and be pretty confortable, now I'm freezing all the time. I guess losing that extra insulation really makes a difference.

I remember that post. Natural is always better than taking a supplement. If you can get the same effects from a natural source its always better for you to take that route. Good job in avoiding the laxative crap, and beating anorexia.

Stick with the Tae Kwon Do, find a good dojo close by. The'll teach her reasoning and mental toughness as well as ways to combat threats with her mind.
