Right. I read your post carefully word for word. Did you read my reply? Not exactly feeling the attitude...

Hardkitty posted a thread about it before but she didn't reveal what she was talking about in the title. This game stole the show. Best-looking new IP in years.

Weak, starving, exhausted, dizzy... You need to STOP THIS. Please eat more. Please. Are you doing regular exercise?

Thank you very much indeed new friends :)

Hardcore awesome, I LOVE Panko breadcrumbs. Will be trying this.

Thank you all so much for the positive reinforcement! It really makes the effort feel worthwhile with a community like this. I had a coworker take an aside with me yesterday and go "we were all just talking about how much weight you've lost since you've started here, you look great!" My office is like 80% female :P Can't…

Thank you all so much! This kind of encouragement is crazy motivating. Definitely gonna go again. ;) Well, there's Power 90 to start with. What kind of shape are you in, regardless of your age? I was pretty damn weak starting out, but yes, it is hard as hell. You just have to push through, find your sweet spot, and "do…

You shut up. You just shut up right now. You can't tell me what developer either, I suppose? O.o But yeah. All the subtle physics effects in Watch_dogs are ridiculous. The clothing, debris blowing in the streets, the car deformation (cryengine3 beats it obviously :P) and windows breaking... it's just nuts.

Stole the show at E3. Didn't know you were a gamer, kitty.
-
...now that is motivating. Thank you very much indeed! And don't worry, I'll be here to help you stick with it if you'll help me through my second round!

Quite frankly, the only time I ever did plyo on a completely empty stomach, I felt sooooo incredibly sick afterward I don't know how you could ever tolerate doing that more than once ;) Plyo takes lotsa energy to rock! NAILED it. It absolutely "works," just like you said, you're not STOPPING your body from burning fat or…

Entered! Awesome :D Oh trust me, being able to start eating more is the part I'm looking forward to the most of this course! If you have any suggestions on schedule modifications to help with building muscle, I'd love to hear them! I did my entire first round with bands... I think I should really try and find myself some…

Whoa, thanks for that! Entering! Thanks for the congrats and good luck on your last 3 weeks. Even sick, that last recovery week felt pretty damn good. :)

Why thank you, Alisi and Jules ;)

Loooves me a girl with some fine ink

Stress-induced nausea is absolutely a real thing (I have a lot of experience with it myself :(...) but knowing a little more of Gabrielle's story, I don't think it's likely the culprit here. She's already lost 70+lbs through diet and exercise, and she's been doing high-intensity, extreme caloric burns for quite some time.…

Stupendous :) Great example of what you can accomplish in under a year.

Hahaha. You can absolutely count Tea toward your water count. It's a huge exaggeration to suggest that the dehydrating effect of caffeine (especially the quantities present in freshed brewed tea) would counteract all the water you're drinking to CONSUME that caffeine.
-
Great post! I'd add simply that P90X videos, to their credit, have multiple water breaks within their runtimes :D
-
Yep you're right of course. And really, you don't have to eat much for this purpose- just a little of something substantial (some carbs/sugars/protein!). I'd definitely try consciously doing it an hour before your intense workouts when you've got the chance, and see if it makes a difference. I can understand you not having…

Why would that sound gross? Chocolate milk is delicioso

Hehe, nononono! Staying hydrated is definitely most important (the times I've tried to push through a workout without having enough water earlier, I felt like I was dying rather than just a little nauseated), but having eaten enough is super important especially during very intense workouts which I know you're doing. On an…
-
Uh oh. My first instinct, overwhelmingly, is that you need to eat more :-x Make sure you have something, as specified above, high in protein at least two hours to 30 minutes before working out (no less than an hour before plyo, though, or that will actually make you feel sick from all the jumping). This is crazy important…

What about working out IN a sauna?

Born and raised in SoFla. It's not so bad.

Welcome Dianne! Good luck on your goals. Sending you a friend request if you'd like some support.

Nice.

edit: there we go That's not really accurate, especially if you're mixing up moves and doing high intensity sets, sweating, taking few breaks, etc. It's just far, far more difficult to gauge how many calories than during aerobic exercise, so rather than just taking a blind guess it doesn't give you anything. Measuring or…
