Even tho you might kick out more money on your groceries, that's less money you have to kick out for health care ( hopefully) eating healthy has so many benefits. Everything has pros and cons. I guess spending more money is one of the cons for healthier eating

I don't believe in diets, but I do try to eat as healthy as possible and workout at least six days a week.
