Love this program! I am on week 7 day 3 and I finally feel like a real runner! 25 minutes of running actually feels good now; I will admit that the first time I had to run 20 minutes straight (I think it is week 5) it got pretty ugly towards the end there. I run my first 5K this weekend. If I can do it, you can too!

I am currently on week 4 of couch to 5k and I am telling you it works! I feel like a real runner right now and the intervals are enough to push you a little bit but not too much. Give it a try, if you need a buddy you can also friend me!

Way to Go! I am currently on week 2....hoping I can make it to the end. My goal is to run a 5K in October for the breast cancer walk with my sister (who is currently on week 5).
