Check the restaurants web-sites for nutritional info. Most have it available or will provide it on request. I've been doing this to pre-plan what I order. It helps keep me on track when I go out to eat. Personally, I love McAlisters Deli. I can have a meal for under 500 calories and not feel deprived or hungry later.

I had the same question. The trainer that I talked to told me to keep my heart rate between 110 and 125. (I am F amd 40.) He said this was the most effective range for me for weight loss.

McAlisters Deli has some great options under 500 calories. Today I had a grilled chicken spud and chicken tortilla soup for 429 calories. Put the soup on the potato for extra flavor.
