Walking at an includ isnt the same as stairs. When you climb stairs, you are forcing your body to maintain some extra balance as well as lifting your body with 1 leg. I am set to sedentary and wear a fitbit. I sometimes get crap for the fitbit calorie correction it gives you each day. Otherwise, some people log some crazy stuff!!

thank you very much! I wont be back in the pool again until thursday but I am gonna hit that 71 laps for certain. 72 if I can swing it. My ultimate goal is to get to 100 laps in an hour.

not very productive in the walking department today. Only got a mile in on the fitbit from doing a lot of cooking today.

i have found the sugar free, fat free jello packs work great for me. 10 calories and usually hit the spot.

I figured that I will reduce my caloires and only do ab workouts. This way when the 200lbs comes off, ill have awesome abs, no waiting! Or you know, Lift good, some cardio, good diet and you are off the races.

cooking the chicken to stay moist is my next goal. I really do want to learn to cook. Also, I tried a white nectarine on friday and it was decent, gonna be an acquired taste. Oh, I also got some watermelon.

one week update. First, got to play around with a friends camera and I really love it, so it makes me want to open mine up that much more!!! Hit 370.6 this morning so that puts me at 4lbs lost. alright, got some good stuff to make a beef chili as well as frozen peas and corn. Also got some carrots to shave onto the salad and a small bit of red rose potatoes to cook with some steak I got. A small start towards the more veg and protein. Also got some grapes, bananas and apples.

I thought I was on to something when I found the Mrs Dash sodium free herb and garlic marinade for my chicken. Then, it cooked. Wow did it taste bad. My dog wouldnt eat it. Any suggestions on what I can top the chicken with so I am not eating dry chicken?

been looking at the labels. My main issue is that I dont have a lot of time to cook every day, so I have to have some pre-packed things in there. I just like the chicken. I can make it the night before and its fine the next day. Ground beef and steak dont taste so good the next day and is usually quite rubbery. Its more convenient for me.

ok, so the work day got slow so I headed over to sprouts and picked up 2 bananas, 2 apples and some seedless grapes. Should suffice for today along with my small salad. Tomorrow is the farmers market so Ill see how that goes. Thank you all again for your help.
