Oops! I knew I was forgetting something. I am 25 years old. I used the calculator you provided (and many others before, just to get a good estimate) and it says that my stats are: 3-5 hours a week of moderate exercise: BMR: 1476 TDEE: 2288 TDEE - 15% = 1945 TDEE - 20% = 1830

I've been going by this method for about 6 weeks now. I've been eating healthy, unprocessed foods (for the most part), eating 15% below my TDEE, always making sure I eat above my BMR when I exercise, and going to the gym 5 times a week for an hour at a time.
