Just some info I got from a trainer my hubby works with in the military. I take grp6 supplement into the evening an hour before bed and it helps me control my hungry late at night and in the morning. Hope it helps.. Plus it helps me sleep..

I haven't the 30 day shred yet.. I've only done pink method, p90x and now insanity.. So I really don't know the difference. I can say its a very good workout.. I think u will love it.

Under amour makes the best supportive workout bras ever! Friends a DD 38 and that what she uses. I am a C cup and I use the same type.
