I kickbox and I do the same thing. I shave off 30 min when I enter it into my exercise diary because it seems so high.

NIna, I wonder if what you are seeing are the "mud flaps" that are felt over after weight loss. As far as I know, the best thing to do is try to tone your arms with the proper exercise.

Sounds like you are working out alot. It could be that you are gaining muscle so it doesn't seem like you are losing weight. I have the same problem at work. Honestly, I've gotten to a point that I don't care if they think I'm rude or are offended with me. Once it gets through to them that you are serious, they will stop bothering you about it.
