Agreed! Same with exercise. I'm told that I don't need to exercise so much because I'm already healthy (I don't even think I do exercise a lot). It seems to escape people that I'm healthy because I exercise. It drives me crazy.

Marshall's, Ross, or CostCo - can't stand the thought of paying full price.

I eat bacon and eggs almost every morning. Tons of protein! Plus it keeps you feeling full longer.

Can't believe there is nothing you like that counts as exercise...swimming? hiking? soccer? karate? anything?

Love meat! Everything in nature eats something else.

I've heard this referred to as 'runners trot'. Had problems with this myself. It's all about what you eat before jogging. I usually only eat a banana or something very plain like potatoes, rice, pasta...If anything As long as I stay away from fiber and fat before my jogs, I'm okay.

I've been reading through the comments and thinking the same thing.

Echoing some of the folks on the board...running is, for me, more difficult outdoors. Wow, 45 minutes. That seems like a long run for someone who just started running. I started out by only running 15 minutes and have worked my way up to 50 minutes over the coarse of many months.

That's just wrong! when I see someone who's exercising (no matter the weight) I admire them. BTW, you look Fab.

I was asked once where by a classmate in high school where I find clothes to fit me since Lane Bryants sizes can't possibly carry my size.

Thank you for posting this! People keep telling me to eat more but I can't lose weight when I do. I decided awhile back that everyone is entitled to their opinion but I'm listening to my body.

I try to know where I'm going and look up the calories beforehand, but if I can't, I follow some general rules. Most places have grilled chicken which tends to be low in calories. Of course you have to make sure that they don't coat the chicken is some kind of sauce. If it comes in a sauce I ask them to omit it. House…

When the family tries to lay a guilt trip on you (for not eating what they are offering) and it doesn't work!

I love this show! Love that there are more zombies this season.

All of them :-)

It happens to everyone trying to lose weight. The day to day fluctuations aren't that important. It's more important that over time your weight declines.

I definately have the same issue. I've learned to ignore the criticism. Try looking at what that person's motivation might be for being so critical. In my case, I notice that as I get thinner people who are now heavier than me are the ones telling me that I am getting too skinny or that I need to stop losing weight. I…

You are probably gaining muscle from working out so much. That might account for the weight gain. Make sure that you're not just weighting in but measuring as well. When I upped my exercise and started strength training, I gained some weight but my measurements were still consistently going down.

Melons seem to fill me up and they're fairly low cal. I agree with Labrat about the hummus and eggs as well.

WooHoo! Doesn't it feel great!

When my Mom had hip replacement surgery, her doctor recommended swimming and water aerobics. Water exercises are some of the lowest impact exercises you can do. Most pools give a discount to residents. If there is a pool or rec center with a pool near you, you'd need to find out the exact requirements.

I just started Tabata training a month ago. It is very intense but the benefits are so worth it. I've toned my body more this month than all the aerobic exercise I've been doing for the last year! That's not to say that aerobic exercise isn't necessary - it is. You won't be sorry if you start Tabata. Good luck.

I think that is exactly why you are not hungry. Protein does that to me too. Speaking only for myself, I only eat when I am hungry. I figure why put more calories in my body when I'm trying to lose weight? Besides, my body knows when it needs fuel and tells me so (loudly).

Congrats! You look great!:flowerforyou:
