WHat fruits do you eat?

I am trying to get together my shopping list for a Low GL foods. But my problem is what fruits to pick. Some of the fruits listed as Low or Med. GL are on the NO NO list for high carbs.
I only plan on about 3 servings of fruits because I am trying to cut back on my sugar. SO, which would you choose?
I have just finished "The Glycemic Index for Dummies" so I am sure this is the diet change I want. And the more I thought about it, as a child, it was the diet I ate, with one difference being we only had strawberries as a treat.
Thanks for the info.

I really do not eat a lot of fruits. Not on purpose or anything, but I really prefer vegetables.
I have maybe 1-3 pieces of fruit per day...probably not a full serving though... I eat oranges, bananas, plums, apples, blackberries, raspberries, mango, etc. I pretty much like every fruit except cantaloupe, pears and strawberries (yuck...lol).0 -
Dr. Oz suggested low fat rocotta cheese with apples slices, delicious if you like both items.0

Thanks for the replies. It seems Berries, Grapes, Apples, and Oranges are what most said. A few said Bananas but I would have to eat them greenish because the are very sugary when they get older.0
