  • Hi, my fitness pal is a great place to find motivated. So just keep posti. Start small and gradually build upon your workouts, etc. It can be overwhelming trying to do too much at once. Create weekly goals.
  • Ladies thank you all for the replies. I know I could get up earlier. It's a little hard because I have to be at work at 5am. But I love the 30 minute idea, probably 30 minutes later that day too. Yes I so need a schedule. Otherwise I feel lost. Lol. And I never thought about asking others at the gym for advice. This helps…

  • I'm a mother of two girls and understand how hard it can be. I've been off and on MFP and hav just recently got back on track. It truly is a life changing choice but for the better. No time like the present to get started. Stay strong and work hard. ;D
