Holy cow! You know what, I needed to see this. I've been at it for 45 days and have only lost like 12 pounds and I'm getting a bit frustrated. That is a phenomenal accomplishment! You look great!

My goal is to be down 31 pounds by Christmas and be at a nice fabulous 165. Not my ultimate goal, but definitely smaller than I've been in a long time. :)

When I do my Zumba I usually use the "dancing aerobic, modern twist, ballet" or whatever that option is. :) I doubt it really covers all the calories I burn at zumba, but I'd rather underestimate then overestimate and think I can eat more.

My starting was 207. I'm currently at 196. My goal weight is 135 (what my drivers license says!) I'm thinking about starting mini goals. To my 5'6 ladies that are 135, what size do you wear generally? Dress? Pant? Tops? Is that like a Medium top or a small? I can't remember back to when I was that weight. :-\

I'm on 1400 a day and I still eat what I want, just plan it out. i'm also a newer vegetarian, so I'll eat some morning star chick'n nuggets but KFC mac and cheese side is only 160 for an individual side. ;) A lot of restaurants have their nutritional information listed online.
