I wanted to get a FitBit Force, but now I'm leaning towards the Polar FT7. It seems like it's more accurate than the FitBit. Thanks for the suggestion!

I was told by my dietician that we are supposed to drink half our weight in ounces of water. For example: if you weigh 100lbs, you should be drinking 50 ounces of water. I hope that helps! :happy:

I just read about this today on MFP, it's called tabata training. Basically you do 4-min workouts for 20mins, resting for one minute every 4mins. You should check it out :) http://www.active.com/fitness/articles/what-is-tabata-training
