  • That is so awesome for you. I am one of those frustrated people. i count my calories train 3x a week with a trainer and do cardio the other 2 days. I have only lost 5 lbs in 5 weeks. help
  • good for you. i joined a few months ago and am in the peirmenopausal state of my life i previously list 20 lbs and jenny craig . over the past year i have gained 10 lbs of it back. it is so hard. today is a new day
