I agree with this completely! That works with height too. When people carry themselves tall, they look tall even though they could be 5'2. My dad told me once I walk short and that's why I look shorter than I am. I should work on that.

I had the same issue... I went from a 38D when I was breatfeeding (well pumping) to now a 34C or sometimes B......so sad. The girls will never look the same....maybe I need to do more pushups!

Ok so I plan to do 12 miles this week and 2 nights of yoga. I miss doing yoga, I used to do it every day and since I got pregnant, I have lost my mojo. Hopefully I can do 3 miles each run so that's 4 days....and then 2 nights of yoga. I have been stopping after 2 miles complete so this should push me harder.

Sometimes I will give in but if I do, I walk the stairs at work. There is a door to the stairs right behind my desk and it's a 10 story building so, no excuses when I do give in :) And I'm usually the one bringing in treats so.... LOL

I only burn around 300 calories per workout cause I have a hard time getting more than 30 minutes to myself but I will try to push myself harder during those 30 minutes. My jog has increased through this challenge from a 4 to a 5 on the treadmill!!! Maybe I can find ways throughout the day to get more burned…

I agree, that can be really dangerous to not eat at LEAST 1200. You can still lose a good amount of weight by eating your 1200 calories. Congratulations on the weight loss but try to eat a little more, it will give your body more energy to workout and burn fat. Plus eating less than 1000 calories a day isn't sustainable. I…

I have the same issue! No matter what size I have ever been, my calves are big :( No tall boots for me that aren't stretchy! Hopefully something will change and the girth will reduce, lol

I would be careful too to not eat much less than 1200 because your body could go into "starvation mode" and that definitely won't help weight loss.

It has nothing to do with your goal weight, and if you just eat your BMR your won't maintain a healthy weight. You have to add the calories you use moving around, doing what you do during the day. Funny that you say this because when I started dieting and exercising I refused to buy clothes that are the correct size, I only buy cloths that are a bit snug and I would have to lose a few pounds to fit in correctly. Personally I don't like cheat days because then I expect to eat bad on day per week. I would rather eat well as much as possible and then when I really have a craving, eat it. Hey cookcs1984! When you look at someone's profile, the green buttons to the right "send message" "add friend", there might be a third option "view diary" and you can see it there. The person has to make it that way in their settings I believe. I like it because it makes me more accountable.

Try to look at other people's food logs as well to get a good idea of what types of food they are eating and portion sizes...portions are where I had to be careful.
