  • Usually I will look up the nutrition guide online before I go and I won't even look at the menu because I will change my mind and get something horrible if I do. Hoping the restaurant has their nutrition guide available. If they don't have it online, most should have one if you ask for it in person.
  • haha, I hear ya! My husband can walk at 4 and I am jogging at 4, sprinting at 5! I am 5'3 so I understand that we can't run that fast. I'm sure I could but I might fly off the treadmill :/

  • Just tried the polymetrics video......only made it 23 minutes. BUT it's a start, I'm not giving up that easy ;) Still, 187 calories burned, better than just being a lump on the couch :)
  • Hi Cinico, I am just following the plan and it gives me about 1800 calories per day. I would like to use less but I feel lethargic if I don't get enough calories. Are you using the supplements? I'm not but maybe those would help you? Or just taking a really good multi-vitamin? Good luck!
