weekday - 1/4 cup uncooked (half cup cooked) steel cut oats with cinnamon, raisins and walnuts. Greek yogurt and a half banana on top. Steel cut oats take forever to cook in the AM but if you boil and let sit overnight it takes one minute. This breakfast keeps me full all morning and its delicious and healthy!
