All the time. I always eat under my goal or over. It's so hard to eat just on the dot. I've still noticed results when I eat over just as long as it's good food and not bad. Like oh my what's a few extra servings of fruit or veggies gonna do to me

Personally I would do cardio one day and weight lifting the next. Building muscle burns fat faster. The treadmill does suck but I like to do it for my cardio because you gotta do what you gotta do

Don't give up look back at your results and look towards the future. Time and patience is all it takes. If we all gave up because of minor set backs we would be noone in life. Just push yourself everyday and never give up because I won't give up on you
