Yesterday was not so pretty...bag of chocolate peanut clusters (800cal)...2 Popeyes biscuits...box of brownies+walnuts...I have eaten an entire jar of pb in less than 5 hours before...sigh...I could go on...but this is all bad...

old post...but i so needed this right now...i have been getting abnormally discouraged with my progress and binging...(obviously the worst comb)...thinking about taking a few days off from the counting...maybe it will help me mentally...and then "re-group" myself...thanks :)
