I'm also doing this program at home and spent about the same for some equipment on amazon. I got a squat rack, a barbell, weights, adjustable bench, and a swiss ball. I felt the same way when I frist tried them! I kept rolling off, it was funny and ridiculous that I could not do them. I'm on day 3 of level 2 and its definitely a good workout! I have noticed, in the short time of doing it, my strength has already increased and so has my endurance, its exciting! Have fun with it! :)

my arms are killing me! but that's probably because the only dumbells I have are 10lb dumbells..so they're a little heavy...I need to invest in 5lb ones. How many pounds do you guys use for dumbells?
