I love knitting classes! I no longer live at home so its one thing both my mom and I do every Wednesday. Today I'm going to be working on some fingerless mittens and a simple seed stitch cowl. I always want to start new projects though, even after a year, I am still a newbie and the slowest of the bunch :)

As I type I have 4 thin sliced chicken breasts on top of 4 diced potatoes, a bag of baby carrots, sliced stalks of celery, and 1/2 of a chopped onion. Lift heavy at 10 reps! check out NROL4W, its a great lifting program for women. You look great now, but by lifting heavy you're going to see great results, everything is going to lift and be less jiggly! lol A lot of women are scared to lift heavy but do it, you wont regret it! :)
