NROL4W question

So I just started this program and I'm a little confused on the sets....Here's what I think I'm supposed to do for workout 1A (I only have dumbells right now)

Squats - 15
Squats - 15
Push Up - 15
Bent Over Row- 15
Push Up- 15
Bent Over Row- 15
Step Up- 15
Prone Jackknife- 15
Step Up- 15
Prone Jackknife- 15

Is that right? For some reason this has confused me. It's crazy - I should get it, but I don't and I really want to do this right...

    Yup, that's right! and just 60 second rest between sets too! :) good luck!

    Also, not sure if you've seen it but there is a group on here for NROL4W, you should check it out!
