Anyone who wants to friend me, it would be appreciated. I've been doing this for a month or so now, but I'm stuck

    When you say stuck, do you mean you've hit a plateau? If so, you can get out of that! Just re-evaluate your workout/eating program. If you still eating healthy, then maybe you just need to switch up your workout. Your body can get used to your workout routine fairly quickly, so it's good to change it up about every 4-5 workouts!

  • My main problem is that I try to keep as many calories as possible for the end of the day, but I often get a little weak-willed when I'm tired at the end of the day. So I've been exercising pretty good and I've been eating well overall, it's just the end-of-day munchies...
  • I used to save all my calories for the end of the day too! I find that little snacks to keep myself from getting crazy hungry help ward off the urge to eat a huge dinner and keep snacking the rest of the night. If you're craving something sweet, get some popsicles... I tried TCBY's Chocolate popsicles last night, and they are REALLY GOOD! And, only 80 calories!! Just remember... hunger is the enemy! You have to eat, just make good food choices =)
