I'm in! My 29th birthday is April 29th and I will be visiting my in-laws and going to Disneyland and I want to be down to at least 160! I've been exercising and eating pretty healthy and low calories but the scale isn't moving very fast :p 6 weeks to go!!! How is everyone doing?

I'm on day 2 of level 2. I can already see results and lost an inch around my waist, hips, and thighs. I will definitely post pics when I make it through. I'm really discouraged after my first day of level 2. I don't really have the upper arm strength for all of those plank moves. Is anyone else feeling the same way. I'm not sure if I should go back to level 1 or just stick with eel 2 and keep trying :( I'm sad I didn't rock at it.

I do this, it's delicious! Now I'm going to try the oatmeal and peanut butter. Do you just use plain oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter?

I've been taking a prenatal multi-vitamin with DHA since September 2008 and I haven't gotten sick since! I did get a cold this week when I started working out again but my body always reacts this way when I try to do something healthy hahaha. L1D3 done, phew!!! I am feeling weak and tired today! Today was definitely harder for me than yesterday however, I did wake up less stiff today. I still can't do the push ups even the modified ones. I push myself just to get 10 each time, so 20 total. With a 1200 calorie diet and this workout I am definitely seeing results…

Yay! I started sort of on February 28th, but actually made it through the workout on March 1st! So I'm in too! SO glad I started and then found you guys! My leg, arms, and abs are so stiff.

OOh Yay! I started 30 Day shred on Feb 28th. SO STIFF!!!! The 1st day I ate breakfast before I worked out, huge mistake. Halfway through I was heaving over the toilet hahaha. I look forward to reading how you all are doing!
