I am having a hard time this week! Last week 1000 Calories was easy. This week even with the 168 fasting I can"t seem to keep under 1200 even. Is is about to be that time of the month by any chance? I say give it a day and then weigh yourself again. It may be just water or muscle gain. Also, sometimes our bodies don't always do what we want them to. Ignore the scale keep following the plan and I bet next week you will see a nice loss again.
