Depends.

Veganism for ethics is a personal choice. Veganism for health is nonsense.

In science, we never laugh.

My passion for what?

I wouldn't consider eating once a day unhealthy. It's not a great way to eat, unless you have an excellent reason why you need to do this. For example, it would negatively impact exercise performance. But if you are on a keto diet, you are already suffering poor exercise performance anyway.

Let's assume the pill works. What happens when you stop taking it?
-
It's very easy. Lean meat and vegetables.

I don't think children can "go vegan" unless their parents choose to support it. After all, you are the one that buys the food.
-
I bought a bottle for a penny due to a pricing mistake. I overpaid.

You aren't doing Stronglifts.

I sleep 5-6 hours a night and I can't average more even if I use sleep aids. I've found that I just don't need more than that. I would be pretty miserable if I tried to force myself to sleep 8-9 hours a day. I will go through periods where I sleep much less, and I've found that though I feel tired, it doesn't really affect…

There was a study, but it was found to be unclean.

I offer my services to eat half.

Because I like it when chicks grab my biceps and giggle.

I generally advise people to lift early and often. But the chest pains thing scares me. Your form will really suffer if you have a heart attack during a set. Ask your doc.
-
I pulled 2.35x in a meet. But I have not achieved my final form.

At your strength levels and bodyfat levels, you might have a bit of room to gain strength in a deficit, especially with the deadlift. You might find your bench decreases while in a deficit, but do what you can to keep as much strength as possible. You are roughly as strong on the bench press as the squat, which is…

1003.1 at a meet on August 16th. I am most proud of the .1. My gym lifts do not matter because gym lifts do not count.

You should add me. I look forward to the stern lectures as I log my beer and pizza.

/thread. And most threads with "starvation" or "1200" in the topic, now that I think of it.

Just one comment I wanted to add here. That's quite a bit more volume than you will likely benefit from in a caloric deficit. Jason advices 3x5 for the main lifts and 2 sets for the accessories during a cut. Contrast that with what you are doing. I would consider 4 sets of 8 to 12 to be more volume than 5x5, which is the…

It can be done, but you are going to lose more LBM than you needed to in the process. It's not a "switch" where if you eat less than some magic number, terrible things happen regarding LBM. But more a continuum. Get as much protein as you can, or in your case, are willing to. Consider getting on a good novice strength…

LOL. I used to get my mail there. Then my deadlift took off, and now I wonder if I even squat.
-
Don't ever use a smith machine for squats. Seriously, stop that now. Its does make a nice coat rack. Go to parallel.
-
I had a yes, but I lost it.

To look like Arnold, you have try very, very hard. Also, you have to be Arnold.
-
That's not a great definition either, because there are many factors that affect recovery and progression on a strength training program. Not least of which is caloric intake. Since a lot of people are in a deficit on this site, they may stall in an aggressive novice program like SL 5x5, when in fact, they are very much a…

Looks fine to me.

While eating out in a deficit, common sense will go a long way. Limit fried or breaded foods, creamy sauces, excessively fatty, or excessively sugary foods. If bread is offered, have some, but just a bit. Go for satiating foods. Lean meat, steamed or grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, are good options, but not the only.…

The only item one needs to achieve total fitness is the Chuck Norris Total Gym.
