There is nothing wrong with soy, but you can also add protein to your diet in other ways. You're probably going to get tired of soy as the months tick off. Casein is fine, but in your case you aren't likely to see a benefit versus whey if that's what your asking. It's possible that either casein or whey will cause issues…

If I do accessories for accessories, how will I know when to stop?

Sorry, I only have 29 days.

Get treated. Even untreated hypo will not be a primary factor in your body weight. It just doesn't make that big a difference in the number of calories you burn.

Fill your bento with meat.
-
Impressive. Working on this myself.

If you are in a sustained deficit, you will lose weight regardless of whether you lift or not. If you don't want to lose weight but want to improve body composition, eat at maintenance or a slight surplus and lift.

It's OK, that's why we have necks.

Honestly, just drink black coffee. But if you want to make a healthy coffee flavored drink, add skim milk and artificial sweetener to taste. This also makes good iced coffee. You can order this at fivebucks too.

Vitamin D is not found in food in any useful way. You can get some from fish, but if you get your requirements this way you'll succumb to the mercury. It gets added to dairy here in the U.S. If you aren't a dairy fiend, you can go outside, unless you live on Neptune like I do. Plus cancer. Meh, just take the pill.

I am not familiar with your fancy term but if that's what you're doing then I think it's fine. It would be silly for MFPers to reject calorie restriction, because it's awfully difficult to lose weight at maintenance.

Base it first off price and pick a flavor you'll like. I have never had hemp protein, but I imagine it is overpriced for no real benefit and exceptionally gross. Whey is generally your best bet. It is just fine to have protein powder more than once a day like you asked about.

This will be painful for me to admit, because I spend most of my time bashing supplements. But fish oil is beneficial to many people, specifically those who don't get enough Omega 3 in their diet. Which is most people. Owiee. Now if it's OK with you, I'll resume my supplement bashing in 3...2...1...

Spin class isn't doing anything to help your strength training, but it may not be that detrimental either. Spin class will involve intervals, but they need not be high intensity, since intensity is up to you. True HIIT will certainly require recovery, and beyond a certain intensity you may find you don't perform as well…

The third image in my profile will explain all.

Don't see a doctor. <- See how silly that sounds?
-
Find a novice strength training program you believe you will adhere to, and do what that says to do.

I paid 1 cent for a bottle when an Amazon vendor made a price mistake. It was overpriced.
-
You won't get strong by accident, and you won't become a muscle bound freak by accident. My advice is to stop worrying about this or that body part getting bigger, and just stick to a novice program and progress on it. It's likely that thoughts about proportions are only in your head, and no one else sees a problem.

Lettuce is a bad food.

Sounds like a great meet. Well done.

If you also avoid the forums, and the pesky daily logging of everything you eat and do, it's actually pretty low maintenance.

I don't allow bicep squeezes until the second date.

I don't think elbow sleeves can prevent injury. I asked about the biceps tendon since it is really easy to injure it with certain exercises. If you deadlift with bent elbows, you can easily cause tendon injury and potentially tear tendons completely. If you have hypermobile joints, you're going to need to be more careful…

People who spend time worrying about what others are doing.

I've thought of lowering them before and will next time. My usual squat rack is the one just behind it and it was in use when I started my session.

I have struggled with sleep issues since I was a child. Maybe you are not active enough on non workout days to feel tired. But I'm probably the last person who should give advice on sleep.
-
That's legit.

Stick to normal foods that cost normal amounts of money and are not hard to find.

If it's been a while, you need to find out what you are doing that is causing you to repeatedly injure yourself. Do you mean your biceps tendon is inflammed?
