Anyone have any suggestions on a solid sleeve or other piece of equipment. My right elbow is suffering from tendonitis. (self diagnosed). So I'm looking for something to support that bad boy. Any body got anything?

If it's been a while, you need to find out what you are doing that is causing you to repeatedly injure yourself. Do you mean your biceps tendon is inflammed?0

I'm pretty sure it's just b/c I have small joints. I put a lot of stress on them. My form is good so I don't know what else it could be but the loads I lift.0

I don't think elbow sleeves can prevent injury. I asked about the biceps tendon since it is really easy to injure it with certain exercises. If you deadlift with bent elbows, you can easily cause tendon injury and potentially tear tendons completely. If you have hypermobile joints, you're going to need to be more careful in general, and may need add some targeted accessory work to strengthen the biceps tendons over time. There are of course many other things that could be going on, just some examples.0

What exactly is putting stress on your joints? Can you give me some example movements that you do? I also take preventive cautions, I may be of help.0

I have small joints too and have sore elbows from time to time with skull crushers. 9/10 it's because I did not warm up the joints enough. Elbow sleeves will reduce the pain because of compression but won't solve the problem if you are not warming up the joints at lower weight first or like exegi said, using bad form.0

Man I had the same issue with my right elbow, It really only hurt when doing lighter weight or and triceps exercises. I purchased and elbow compression cuff from howmuchyoubench.net . It worked for me Mark Bell owns the company.0

I recently pulled a nerve in my bicep. Underhand lat pull down was the exercise. It effected the whole arm including the elbow. Elbow sleeves won't solve the problem. What really helped is a massage therapy. Had one session and already seeing big difference. I might book another session.0
