Incoming! Don't forget to duck.0

I used it when I first started this weight loss attempt.
It's bunk. Save your money and just make sure you eat at a deficit.0 -
There really is no magical food, pill, drink, etc. or we'd all be using it and all be thin. Some things probably do have a very small impact, but there are no quick fixes.
Figure out your calories needed to reach your goals. Stick with it.0 -

Try it if you want to. People around here don't look favorably on those things so they're not really helpful. Go for a product that's got really good reviews and sales.0

There is little scientific evidence that GC has any effect on weight loss. Consider this article: http://www.sciencebasedmedicine.org/garcinia-probably-works-but-is-far-from-a-weight-loss-miracle/0

Every "weight loss" supplement always defers to a statement of "in conjunction with proper diet and exercise". Heck, if you did that latter you'd get results without spending extra money.

I have unassailable proof that air, when inhaled regularly in conjunction with a caloric deficit and sensible exercise program, WILL ABSOLUTELY HELP 100% OF USERS TO LOSE WEIGHT!

I paid 1 cent for a bottle when an Amazon vendor made a price mistake. It was overpriced.0 -
I use it as regularly as I can, and I do see a difference. I use the one from nuts.com, which is pure and has no fillers. It doesn't actually take the weight off, at least in my opinion. No matter what you have to have a calorie deficit or you won't lose weight.
Here's what I've noticed it does:
Removed water weight, swelling and bloating
Helps me sleep better
Gives me energy
Increases my blood circulation (I tend to be warmer after taking it)
Tightens my skin
Decreases my appetite
And it also seems to help my depression and lighten skim imperfections.
If I take the full 1tsp serving at night before bed with a big glass of water I really notice the difference.0 -

Yup, don't underestimate the power of the placebo effect. Raggedy may indeed be experiencing some of these effects, may be simply perceiving others, and may be adjusting her behaviors based on her expectations. Belief is a powerful thing. Science is still working on quantifying the influence of placebo effect on various studies. It may explain up to 30 percent of the differences identified in some studies.0

Placebo effect
Yeah no.
Thanks for saying I'm making it up though.0 -

I didn't say you were making it up. I said you were experiencing a placebo effect.0 -

I don't appreciate this. You don't have my experience and you don't know what my mind is like. And like I said in my post: IT DOESN'T TAKE THE POUNDS OFF. So why would I notice it's not doing the one thing the hype is all about but notice everything else? I only know about the water weight because I use the restroom more and at the drs I go back down about 2-4 lbs but I don't decrease anymore.0 -
