  • I think that perhaps your calorie intake could be too low anyway. Boys aged 1 - 3 years intake is 1300 calories per day. It may be better to eat more during the day and less at night after you have done your exercise regime. You may start feeling tired if you do not have the correct calorie intake, Perhaps discuss this…

  • I have joined the local gym and usually my gym work out when its convenient. I do some classes in the evening - body pump and pilates classes in the morning as these are scheduled. I try not to stress about what time I should do my gym work out as then I won't enjoy it. Good luck

  • Personally I think earphones are dangerous and especially if you have your daughter in the trailer. Also a bug bear of mine is people sending texts and chatting on their mobiles/cell phones while riding and especially in peak traffic.......
