Weighed in, I have lost 1.5 lbs! YAY! I’ve been eating 1,500-1,600 and doing 500 cal exercise per day, so that seems to be working! Also had a cheat meal at the weekend :)

Just set it to sedentary now, it’s put me to just over 1,300 which does seem a bit more accurate!

Thankyou, someone told me to eat more calories! They said to eat 1,800 or so! I go off my Apple Watch for my calories. I do 2 miles on my treadmill every day and I do my lunch bag, then my watch does have around 200 cals burned a day from walking around work and doing filing etc and walking to and from work

Thank you, I was doing this a few weeks ago. It was set to very active! so I have it as lightly, 1.5 pounds a week to lose and it’s saying 1580 cals. I log all my exercise calories separately too. Do you think I need to increase my calories?

Thank you for this, my diary says 1,580 because I set to lightly active and 0.5 a week. Should I change it to sedentary if I’m adding my calories on from exercising after? I lost this weight so fast two years ago and I looked back at my diary for then, I was on around 1,300 cals a day, with exercise too!

Thank you! At the moment it says 1,580 on my diary. I set my thing to the second option which I think is lightly active? Whichever the one above sedentary is. I’m an office worker but I do my exercise every day, I’m just struggling to see what I should be eating to lose weight! Other sites said 1,800 cals but that seems…

Thankyou so much for all your help, both of you!:) so should I eat 1917 then? I’m so bad at this, what kind of things would I be able to eat to make it up to that amount? At the moment I skip breakfast occasionally.

I’m 23, 5’4, I exercise every day! My Apple Watch says I burn around 500 cal a day so I’d say I’m quite active! I put moderate on the calculator!x

I started at 1200 a day when I first joined MFP and original lost weight. I’ve opened my diary now and I just looked back to 2016! The calculators online are saying 2,353 to lose one a week and 1,853 to lose two a week!

I have PCOS too! It's a horrible condition. I do hope as I lose weight, it'll improve. Ive heard that before. Im only 18 years old and have had this since I was 13. Not a nice thing in your teens especially. x
