I will be 50 soon and have dropped 25 lbs just by logging food and moving 6 out 7 days. I walk every workday and bike almost every evening. I still eat every type of food, just in moderation now. :smile:

just an x-ray??? Sounds like you might have soft tissue issues which will not show on a X-Ray ... you might want to ask about an MRI or seeing an Orthopedic surgeon (experience ;) I have had three knee surgeries)

yup this is a great summation .... I am 11 years smoke free... I did use the patch for 2 weeks to help with the jitters, but after that just kept my hands and mind busy.
