  • I've got fever and can't move at all, so I will be starting it one of these days.
  • Wow! You look like a completely different person! Congrats! Simply amazing!

  • I tweaked my back as well, so I've been in recovery the past few days. Not feeling great about skipping workouts. As for me - I will be doing BR along with Insanity and rowing on my machine. I'm trying to keep it as diverse as possible, but we'll see what will happen. :) I've decided this time around to not take it too…
  • 20 days on here!
  • I'm starting to get seriously tempted to buy it for myself as an early Christmas present >.> But on the other side I want to use it as a reward in a way if I manage to keep my personal small "challenge" to count calories strictly, avoid alcohol and be more active. If I make it 3 weeks straight, I'm getting one.…
  • Yup, I know. My question is do you think thete is a point in buying the bundle with the strap or the single vivofit? I've got a Polar FT7 and I don't think it's possible to wear two HRM straps...
  • Do you think that the VivoFit's HRM is more accurate than for example Polar's HRMs? My point is - if you already have an HRM that you find accurate, do you really need the VivoFit's HRM? Or just the band is enough?
  • I am considering buying myself a VivoFit for Christmas if in the next 3 weeks I make it with my plans - working out, counting properly, etc. After that... I don't know. Eventually clothes.
  • Congrats. You did an amazing job! And your story is so inspiring. Thank you.
  • There are bar codes. But in the MFP database I can find only the imported goods. All the local goods have bar codes, but hardly ever any nutritional information comes with them. Things should change starting next year when the producers will be made to add full nutritional information to their labels...
  • I am learning. I've been working out, meditating, focusing on books, music and movies.
  • Hi all! Thanks for the great posts. A few things about me: I avoid bread; I don't eat anything fried (I don't like it + my stomach gets really upset); I don't like potatoes; I generally don't like food places like McDonalds/KFC/Burger kint/etc.; the only soda I like is Coke Zero, but I've minimized it to the max - maybe 1l…
  • Oh, salads and wraps. Surprisingly enough I never thought about packing those for lunch at work. I guess it's too obvious to think of it. >.<' Thanks. I will give it a try to prep meals and bring them to work. Hopefully this way I will make it. So, so far we've got a few simple rules, right: 1. Measure everything and count…
  • Yes , I can't cook. And pack what if I can't cook it?
  • I've been thinking about cooking my own lunches. But currently there are two big things that are stopping me: 1. We just moved offices and our new kitchen is still empty - won't be assembled for another month, so nowhere to reheat my lunch. Or if I freeze it I should warm it up at home? 2. I'm the manager of 50% of our…
  • Thanks. I'm eating at 1640 cal (supposedly). But I do make sure to have accurate breakfast and dinner counts. One of my biggest challenges is to hit the protein macro - hardly ever get to 50% of what I need regarding it. :/
  • Small country in South-Eastern Europe - Bulgaria.
  • Honestly - because it's convenient, because I cannot cook, and because even if I tried to cook for myself I don't know when I could do it - I'm at work for 10 hours, I've got one hour drive for both ways, so twelve hours of the day are gone by the time I'm home. Followed by workout, shower, prep of clothes for the next…
  • I'm no expert, but I'm sure what everyone else will say - you most probably are eating more than you think. Though this cannot be certain as your diary is set to private. If you want people to give you better advice - open it up. Otherwise it will be guess work.
  • Hello, neighbor! >from Bulgaria< :) I'm just making my first steps back into MFP and my end goals are almost twice as big as yours -aiming at about 15kgs, and I'm always looking for more friends. Add me! :)
  • Too much. Really too much... I think today I might have gotten to 2l >.>'' I should cut it... really should cut it...
  • Woke up early to workout. And I worked out after I got home from work despite not feeling like it.
  • Seven years ago I was over 95kgs. Then in the span of 2 years I managed to get down to 70kg, then 4 years ago over the summer I managed to lose 4 more kgs and maintained at 66kg for a few months. But then university graduation approached, getting into a master degree program, followed by stressing to find work and from…
  • I'm starting it tomorrow, but I will be doing a hybrid with insanity. 4 days of BR without the cardios, Fridays rest days, and weekends will be cardio insanity :)
  • A derp moment... Is the nutritional information for the 6 pancakes or per pancake or for 100g of pancakes? >.>''
  • Living in a country that completely ignores problems such as depression and anxiety, unless you're borderline psychotic, I can definitely relate to handling those on your own. I've never been diagnosed due to the reason above - unless you're suicidal (and actually tried to commit suicide) no one would pay attention to you…
  • First thing I did after I woke up - worked out. Even though I hadn't slept well, was sleepy, tired, cold, feeling lazy, etc. I got out and did my workout. For a person who is so easily giving up this was huge.
  • I do have Fitness Blender's program for busy people, though I never got to do it fully. But I am considering adding it to the loop of things, see how it all goes. As for not liking DVD workouts... well, to each their own. I don't have any good gyms around my place. And considering how busy and crazy things are at work I…
