Sorry for the delay in replying... It did finally sync, took about an hour or so. :) I don't trust the calories fully there or here but at least it's an idea. :) Thanks for the replies!! :happy:

I am on the computer and logged into both MFP and MMR, I am clearly doing something wrong than. It's driving me nuts!

What I do when I am running is set a goal.. Like, I will run to that sign and stop. By the time I get to that sign I feel OK still and the next sight I see I think that isn't too much further, I will run to there and then stop. Before I know it I hit the mark where I stop/turn around. It is for sure a mind game. Best of…

I have to leave my water out.. If it is not cold water, I will suck it right down. I have a 1liter bottle I drink out of.. This is what helps me, I am not at all a fan of water.

Just a thought, but some people clean for a living... I am far from lazy, and I log due to it being part of my job.. .

According to MFP my BMR is 1492, moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55=2312.6.. SO I want to subtract at least 500 calories no more then 1000 to lose so I should consume say 1400-1800 calories? Am I understand this correctly? I have been told I should NET 900-1200…
