I'm 5'8" and just weighed in today at 137 (woohoo!) after being stuck at 141-143 for SO long. My goal weight is around 133-135, so I'm getting close...I'm more concerned about toning up right now. A year ago I weighed in at a consistent 139 but my body was way tighter than it is now.

Sometimes not eating enough calories can make you gain/retain weight. You definitely need to be eating more than 1200 calories a day.

I do this routine in my dorm room all the time! Repeat this 3-5 times or more based on your level of fitness: 50 jumping jacks 5 burpees 30 seconds of mountain climbers 30 seconds of jump rope (but I do high knees) 10 pushups 30 second break

A pound is a pound! You may be losing 'pounds' of fat and replacing them with 'pounds of muscle. A pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat, however. If you're looking better and feeling better then you must be doing something right! I hope this helped you [=
