I really hate it too - I just ignore it I think it is just doing the math - you need to be deficit by 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound it just takes you days defiict and adds up 5 weeks worrth, but we all eat up and down so it would be way more useful to take the last 5 weeks average calorie deficit and project 5 weeks out…

You do know you can make you own recipes and use them over and over - you can save whole meals and uses them over and over and you can copy meals from other days.. I think it is very quick and esay

I have sweet tooth too. I buy Detour hig protein low sugar bars which are very high calorie but a good macro balance and curt them in to quarters - I theeat them one piece at a time and log them...

BMR is not TDEE - to lose you need to be lower that TDEE BMR is to keep alive in a coma it is not required eat less than BMR to lose weight it required to eat less than TDEE

There is a search button on the menu ...if you enter 'HRM recommendations' in there you will get a lot of answers..... I use a Polar FT40 very useful since this site over estimates the calories burnt by quite a lot

I think it works like this for me - when I am very fat I go into a denial mode I don't really even look at myself I definately avoid touching myself...this means when I get body aware and lose some weight I start to really see myself, I touch my body in the shower or while I work out and feel the muscles unders the fat and…

boring old spinach has as much protein ounce for ounce as meat.... you have to cook it because the volume of it raw would take you all day to eat it
