I feel sorry for the kids but what the hell are the parents doing - if you are that poor you should be on food stamps --- so are they trading them in for drugs....also make a hand out with the physical addresses of the food banks in your area and make sure kids can taken them home with out being noticed by the other kids.

Where are you getting the burbn rate on your workouts? This site gives nuch more (about 1/3) morec alories burnt than my HRM tell me - if you eat back ALL your claories you will be eating too much. Aim for eating back 20-30% only.
