Good idea to keep the exercise sets going! I REALLY don't enjoy jumping jacks.........but I know they are a huge calorie burner and also are a great way to ignite your metabolism! I will add them to my gym routine and then again at night........

Just saw this challenge and was excited to push myself ( I can NEVER motivate to exercise at night....I'm a morning gal); BUT this challenged did motivate me - I just completed 50 crunches!
