  • Try getting in the pool with low steps or easy access! It is probably your best bet, it reduces stress on the joints and takes pressure off your knees :) I’ve seen people at the same weight and same knee/hip conditions work wonders in the pool!! Good luck!

  • I’m having the same issue, I’ve lost 37 pounds in a little over 2 months but suddenly stopped losing, it’s been about a week and a half with no change! I am either retaining water or have hit a Plateau... I hope it’s just water retention and will see the scale start to move again soon. Good Luck!!

  • The trainer has me working with free weights and machines. We also so some circuit training that includes some cardio. I like the weight training, if you go to a gym ask someone who works there to show you how they work! :)

  • I have cut way back on my alcohol intake, I was drinking at least a glass of wine or a beer every night. Now I have to make sure its within my calories for the day and I make sure to work out extra to make up for it. I only drink on the weekends now or special occasions and then I limit myself to 2.   • I love the elliptical machine. Its low impact on my knees and not as harsh as the treadmill. Just take it slow at first, I’ve built up to where I can do 40 minutes on level 7 :)
