Mom mentioned something when I was 30lbs down but I was losing weight with her. No one else noticed. Gained 10lbs back though. Just gotta start working real hard again.

My weight usually goes up around 10lbs throughout, but drops right after - just have to give it 2-3 days. It's mostly water wight for me. I crave soda usually, lol.

There's an accelerometer option that works on movement instead of geo-location so it even works in the gym :)

I call it "Going on a mission" since I'm normally outside. Also because I use the Zombies! Run! App, which makes working out tons more fun.

That's about right for me too. I lost 40lbs since I started (I started at 210, and am now 170-ish) and went from a size 18 to a size 14. I just bought my first size 14 and they're a little loose. I might have to go down another size soon~

Diet sodas are alright, but don't over-do it. Diet Coke still uses diet sugar I think.

I would get a good bike (an actual bike, so I can hit the road! Save some money on gas!), some GOOD shoes to work out with, ankle/arm weights. The rest would probably be spent on healthy foods.

Depends of I'm hungry or not, honestly xD; I'm not going to FORCE myself to eat those calories.

There's a BMR calculator on the site if you go to tools. Personally, 1200 is a cap I can never seem to reach since I don't eat much (I try to, but how I eat I normally only eat around 800 calories.) It just depends on the purpose. You have to know your own body - the site can't do EVERYTHING for you. It just stops at 1200…

I'm pretty self-motivated so my parents never had to use any type of encouragement for me. Try positive re-enforcement though - like if she makes a certain grade, she can go to the movies with her friends or some such. Find out what she likes to do and use it as a reward for good behavior. If not, then start taking away…
