From Elk grove go to the one on Elk Grove florin... I was roughly eating 3000-4000 calories a day, maybe more. Now I am watching what i eat and regret not doing this sooner. ideal goal is to loose about 20-25lbs. Anyone one of you out there that go to the 24hr on Elk Grove and Florin?
