I just stood on middle of the scale, balanced on one foot and the reading was pretty accurate, I'd say. I hope you're not in too much pain and you heal quickly. :)

Wow! You look great!

Oh...and I also think you should get rid of the junk food. They should learn to eat healthy now so they don't end up with weight/health problems later on.

My family's diet wasn't too bad before I started MFP. I've mainly changed my own portion size.....but we are eating more lean meats and fish now. Anyway, to answer your question, my son eats what I eat.

I'll let someone with more knowledge fully answer your questions, but I do know that diet sodas have artificial sweeteners (among other artificial ingredients) which are bad for you.

Do you measure yourself? I've only just lost my first pound after three weeks of exercise (two weeks of watching what I eat) but I could see changes in my measurements after the first week.

Good luck!!! You are a real inspiration!

Thank you so much for posting your before and after pictures. You look great!

My husband and I quit two months ago. We've been saving the money that we would have spent on tobacco each week for a short trip to Paris in July. It's because I want to look good for that trip that I ended up on here (well that, and a friend who told me to check out mfp). I probably won't lose as much as I'd like before…

You look totally amazing!

I don't think they're changing their goals everyday...they're probably exercising which earns more calories.

You both look great!! Well done!

You look amazing! Great job!! :)

I can get the Polar FT4 for about £55 and the FT7 for about £64 from Amazon. I might just have to bite the bullet and pay a bit more.

You look amazing!! Great job!! :)

That's a huge success!! Great job!!! :)

I'm really happy to hear that you've had so much success with MFP and your kinect because I'm doing the same thing! You look great and I bet you feel great too. :)

I'm 5'9" and currently weigh about 200 lbs. This is the heaviest I've ever been aside from when I was pregnant. I spent my teenage years weighing 115 lbs (by nature...which was way to skinny!!) and started gaining weight in my early 20s....and continued to slowly gain until now. I've had enough and I'm ready to take…

You're doing great!! I only just joined MFP but I love seeing everyone's fabulous results!
