I have tried dove, but it makes it stink really bad. But when i don't put D.O. on it, i sweat a lot and my skin rubs together. and whats worse is that I have stretch marks under there from my pregnancy and I am worried it'll make them bigger.

I just threw it away =;( it was for my husband and I didnt want to chance making him sick so I acted with my overcautious approach lol. Thank you all so much for your comments though..I think I will remember next time to store it after its cooked!!

Stay true to yourself and follow through with what you start, because it will affect you in the future when you try to accomplish your goals..and it will be a very hard time getting back on track.

Everything you have said is so true, and thank you for being honest with me! I am definately taking notes on all of this and am applying it to my life. As far as bread, I may eat a piece once or twice a week, but only 100% whole grain or maybe 100% whole wheat.

My mom is really supportive, she is watching what she eats as well..i will prob just go on a walk after we are all done eating, just a short walk, and to focus on what my goal is. Thank you =)

It is very helpful, because I find myself just sitting like a duck on the couch way too long everyday. I will make myself get moving, maybe it would help me not be so groggy all day too! Once I get past moving more often, I will add more exercises.

true, I might do that. I have a bad habit of buying dvds and never using them...I have a lot of the Taboe videos as well as some older cosmopolitan exercise videos, and have never used them. =/
