Oh My...thank you for this post! This is so true on these boards. I started my journey the beginning of the year and have been religiously been exercising and keeping track of everything on MFP since 3/1. I weigh myelf every morning and something a couple times throughout the day. It keeps me accountable for how I am doing.

I spend about $100-150 a week for a family of 4 (me, hubby and 2 very hungry athletic boys age 13 and 11).
