I did the Phen-Fen some years back and felt great, and lost weight. Then had to undergo all the heart tests to makes sure I was okay. Weight came back. Struggling with weight ever since. Did protein shakes and they worked but once you go back to normal eating, watch out, it does come back unless you are really watching…
