I am not Vegan. But I was wondering the same thing about too much fruit. Especially because every time I track my food on here my sugar intake is too high because of the amount of fruit I eat. I hope someone can answer these questions. :-)

I found a great recipe like this on http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ I made some changes like not adding mushrooms and I use black beans, and red bell pepper. I also add some other seasonings that I prefer. Yours also sounds delicious. Hope this site helps you for some new :smile: .
