You did a good thing buy joining. It's a step in the right direction. Find things that get you active that you enjoy doing. I find thats the only way I stay motivated. Be sure your having fun, think of this as not a sacrifice, but a reward!

What do find that works best for you? I like to mix my work outs up. I get bored with the same stuff. Like yourself, I too work out about 3-4, sometimes 5 times weekly. If I don't make it to the gym, I do sit-ups and push ups at home. I don't see how you do it, with 3 kids, wow! Thats alot of work, on top of trying to lose…
