While I've never actually said that to anyone before, I have to say I actually do find some women's figures to be upsetting because it isn't healthy. I'm not talking just skinny. I'm talking see every rib, see every vertebra, hip bones jutting out... I'm talking women who are truly starving themselves. It doesn't make me…

I don't know about anyone else, but during the first few days of my period, I end up with diarrhea and stomach cramps along with the uterine cramps- not to mention I will bleed heavy enough to soak a tampon and a pad in less than an hour. So, yeah. Big ol' middle finger to anyone who tells me it's just an excuse.

It's probably water retention. If you don't drink enough water (8oz is recommended, but if you're working out, then you should add more) it will make you swell up.

I have that same problem. And I've basically just given it a big middle finger because it's stupid.

Hair loss is totally natural after pregnancy because of the change in hormones. Depending how long it goes on (more than a couple of months after birth), she might want to have her thyroid checked since hair loss is one of the many signs of hypothyroidism (along with depression, weight gain and fatigue).

I'm a youngster, but I've got 63.6 lbs to lose and it's been a tough ride so far with a thyroid problem, two kids and a disabled husband. You can add me if you'd like.

This is me seven-ish years ago, but it's the best (maybe only) full sized picture of my tattoo in existence. In the middle it says "Dum Spiro Spero" which means "While I breathe I hope". I got it right as I was being diagnosed with a major mood disorder (later to be diagnosed as bipolar II) and my brother had his first…

Tried it for a while. I ended up with very vivid nightmares involving my daughter (then about 1 year old) being very brutally murdered. I actually slept outside her bedroom door for a week after that. Never again will I take any more than my body makes.

Hi! You can add me if you want. I'm here everyday too. :)

Maybe once a month. At most. It's always as a treat.
-
Once or twice a week. No more than that.

Two scrambled eggs, a roasted chicken thigh, two cups of watermelon and three celery sticks. I don't get too fancy with lunch.

I am an omnivore and am glad to be one. I enjoy meat. I have killed my own food before. I have raised animals to be slaughtered and put into my freezer. And I still have no problems eating meat. It's full of protein, B vitamins that our own bodies don't make, our teeth are adapted to eating it, our stomachs are full of…

Maybe once or twice a month. And never "fast food". We'll do sushi. It's so damn expensive, I can't understand how people can afford to eat out so much.
-
Bacon. Straight up. I'd add sushi since that's the one thing that I'll stuff myself to the brim with, but it's such a rarity that I can't count it.
