The blood of a virgin nerd is the only cure. And it has to be fresh, so plan on having a few of the lads on hand for blood letting as you will need to drink the blood with some lemon juice, cayenne and maple syrup 9 times daily.

They are horrible. I started to eat one a couple of days ago, and I regretted every chew.

It went from my formal name ONLY, to Kathy (my damnable wrestling coach would call me nothing else because I hated it), to Kat, to Kitty. The last two have stuck. Half because my internet handles have always been kittyhasclaws...

Did you know that your brain needs about 1/5 of your calories to function? There is a reason that if you don't eat enough you start to feel dull minded and have a hard time concentrating. Feed your brain, people!

Hello! There will be a lot of ups and downs while you're doing this, but keep on keeping on and you'll do fine. I straight up recommend that the very, very first thing you do is get blood work done. Know your numbers. Know your weight, cholesterol, B levels, D levels, sugars, liver functions, kidney functions, thyroid…

OMG, your life is OVER!!! You had chocolate and cupcakes and cookies because you weren't feeding your body well enough to avoid binging??? THE HORROR!!! ...Okay, so see how silly that sounds? Stop with the guilt. If you find yourself binging on "fasting days", then that style is not for you. Simple as that. It's much…

Ask for the recipes, log them into the recipe section, and find out about how much of that pot you ate for your serving sizes.

Any and all things Advocare are a waste of money. If you are having energy issues, get a B vitamin supplement, get your blood checked to ensure your levels of D and iron are good, then go from there.

1) Ensure you're weighing and measuring food to be sure you're getting accurate servings. 2) Be very honest in your logging of food. 3) Do not over exercise. 4) Eat back exercise calories. 5) Get your thyroid checked to ensure your levels are good, as it can cause metabolic problems if it's out of whack. 6) Make sure…

Unless you have a medical reason that you need to worry about your sugar intake, just ignore it. Seriously. You'll be WAY less frustrated. I just deleted tracking sugar and went with carbs, proteins, fat, fiber and sodium.

Do doughnuts count? Because I like doughnuts, but only sometimes get the taste for ice cream. You can read my profile for a taste of my humor.

She ends up having a bigger wang than you. Such a turn off.

I always have a bedtime snack. Save a few of your calories to compensate instead of trying to do away with it. Plan for it. Know exactly what you're going to snack on. My bedtime snack is usually an apple and brie, but I'm out of brie so it'll just be an apple. I account for it when I plan out my day. There's nothing wrong…

If you want to, go for it. I personally feel a little icky at the thought of a lift because of the way the surgery works. I'm actually really looking forward to my boobs getting smaller (36I), so I don't think I'll be that sad about them going away!

Been on Synthroid for close to six years now.

I actually have a jicama in the fridge, too... Hm... Might have salads for a few nights with these suggestions.
-
Ooo... Might have to snag some oranges to try this. I'll swap almonds for walnuts, though...

I actually like licorice!

Definitely Titanic. My mom threw a book at me for laughing when the guy falls and hits the stacks on the way down.
-
Books were way better than the movie. Made a lot more sense to me.

Oh, yes, Hugh Laurie is definitely in there too. And Mark Harmon. He has THE prettiest smile.

Johnny Depp and David Tennant.

I personally won't have any work done because of my family's experiences. My mom was injured many, many years ago in a nasty car accident (Mustang vs Logging Truck, you can guess who won), and she was told to have regular appointments. At the beginning, she felt better, but as time progressed, the chiro appointments…

I love avocados. Skin it, sprinkle it will a little salt... Delicious! I'm very, very picky about mine, though. It has to be just the right texture, or it's just gross to me.

Not really that weird. Cup size and band size aren't proportional. A D with a 38 band is not the same size D with a 34 band. And I also second the idea that you might not have been measured right. Because places DON'T measure you the real way. I'd been told I was a 38DD, when in reality, I'm a 36I. Measure yourself…

In reality, it's a waste of money. It really is. The whole idea of "do this every few months" is because it's not something sustainable, but it'll make you feel good at the beginning because, hey, I've lost some weight! Of course, a lot of it is going to be retained water. Unless you keep eating like that, keep exercising…

Have you tried looking up that brand on Amazon.com? They sometimes have better deals than you can find in stores, so you might be able to get the brand that works for less than at the market.
